Bethel senior tight end Buck Reed gets some yardage after the catch in first-round NAIA football playoff action against Mid-American Nazarene Saturday at Wildcat Stadium. The Wildcats won the game 55-34 and advanced to this Saturday's quarterfinal battle against St. Francis (Ind.).
Bethel senior running back Adrain Smith had 21 carries for 108 yards and a TD against Mid-American Nazerene. Smith teamed with fellow running back to eclipse the 100-yard mark. It's the 11th time the tandem has achieved this feat.
Senior running back Terrance Bell goes airborne and follows his ample blocking for a big gain.
Bethel wingback Antonio Brown, Sr. works his way through traffic for a gain. He cariied five times for 28 yards and a score. He also had four catches for 67 yards and a touchdown.

Bethel wide receiver Joevaris Carter hauls in a TD pass against Mid-American Nazarene. Bethel rolled up 297 yards through the air, 607 total yards in a 55-34 route of Mid-American Nazerene. It was a first-round NAIA playoff game.
Bethel defensive back B.J. Banks had two interceptions to accent a great defensive effort for the Wildcats as they knocked off Mid-American Nazerene in the first round of the NAIA playoffs Saturday. He was named the defensive player of the game by the NAIA. The NAIA's David Long presented Banks with the plaque.
Bethel quarterback Ronnie Jankovich completed 16-19 passes for 297 yards as the Wildcats hammered MNU 55-34 in the first round of the NAIA playoffs. Jankovich's effort earned him NAIA offensive player-of-the-game honors. NAIA representative David Long presents the award.
